Usually yes — but who issues the permit depends on where you are, and regulations change almost every year. In malls such as Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates or Wafi, the mall authority approves signage. Emaar and Nakheel communities have their own strict sign guidelines and approval departments, and free zones like DMCC, DIFC, DAFZA and DSO handle permits through the zone authority. Elsewhere, Dubai Municipality requirements can apply. We work with all developers and authorities across Dubai and the UAE and manage the whole permit process for you.

Each authority has its own signage guidelines and approval process, and we prepare compliant designs and manage the paperwork as part of the project.

We are based in Deira, Dubai — opposite Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro — and we design, fabricate and install signage across Dubai and all seven Emirates. Our own installation team travels to your site, whether that is a shop in a mall, an office tower, a warehouse or a construction site.

Both work. Our in-house designers can create your sign from scratch or work from your existing brand guidelines, and you will see a mockup of the sign on your actual wall or facade before we fabricate anything. If you already have artwork, we check it is production-ready and advise on materials and sizing.

Yes. Bilingual signage is common across the UAE, and authorities often require Arabic on shopfront and building signs. We produce Arabic/English signage with correct translation and balanced layouts, so both languages read clearly and the sign passes approval without redesign.

Yes. Our signage maintenance service covers cleaning, repairs, LED replacement and reinstallation for signs made by others as well as our own. Because we fabricate in-house, we can produce colour-matched replacement parts quickly instead of waiting on third parties.
